Rush Production Policy

At this time, we do not offer any expedited shipping. In order to get your dress to you sooner, we offer rush production on many of our styles. Items with lace, heavy beading, and embellishments cannot be rushed because of the delicate material and close attention to detail that our dressmakers need to take in order to make sure everything is perfect! Keep in mind that rush production is not rush shipping. Rush production is an extra fee we charge to push your dress to the head of the line. Rush production is a flat $50-$100 per dress and is nonrefundable for any reason. Rush production fees varies depending on gown style, detailing on gown and timeframe in which customer needs order.

 

Your Order Cancellation Rights

CUSTOM-ORDER DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.

Our goal is to process your order as quickly and accurately as possible, therefore, we cannot change or cancel an order once it has entered the shipping process. Should you find that you need to cancel or make a change to your order, please call 1-860-990-7700 as soon as possible.

Custom-Made Orders/ Custom Alterations

 By checking out with a successful purchase you agree to our Terms & Conditions. All custom-made sales are final. NO REFUNDS, NO EXCHANGES. Please make sure to order the correct size.  If you are not completely satisfied with the fit of your purchase, you may return eligible items in their original condition within 3 business days from arrival for alterations. Returns must be unworn, unaltered, and unwashed with all tags attached. We are not responsible for returning shipping costs. Custom purchases are final but we offer alterations to customers that notify us within 72 hours from arrival. 

 

Returns without receipts

If you have a valid receipt, returns and exchanges will be accepted for up to 14 days from the date of purchase. Without a valid and original receipt, Saints by S.J. LLC can search our database for the original purchase by using the credit card used in the transaction or your phone number.

 

Measurement Policy

We ask that customers seek the advisement of a professional regarding their measurements prior placing an order. If you are not sure about your size, use a measuring tape with inches to measure your bust, waist & hips. If your measurements do not correspond with our size chart, we highly recommend contacting our office to schedule a consultation prior to placing order.
